As the year draws to an end, industry magazines begin to publish their ‘Power Lists’ and it gives me a huge amount of pride to say that we were included on the Top 25 Travel Agents and Tour Operators in Arabian Travel News.
This year has seen a lot of change at Al Arabi Travel Agency and we’re delighted to see all of our hard work being noticed. We’ve always strived to provide the very best service and it seems we must be doing something right! We’ve made staffing changes and changed certain aspects of our business; all things that we felt were good decisions and we’re so glad this has paid off.
To our customers – thank you so much as we couldn’t do these things without you. Our customers are one of the things that make us who we are and we respect and appreciate every piece of business that comes into our industry.
On a quick personal note, I was delighted for us to be described as industry leader in terms of social media usage. I take a lot of pride in what I do and it’s wonderful to see the work I do described as such. Social media is a hugely important park of our marketing strategy and is quite simply a beautiful way of interacting with customers. We’re always completely transparent about who we are/what we do and our social media channels allow us to keep doing this through honest discussion and interesting content.
